Documented iPhone and Infotainment system not functioning with hands free. This results in key safety feature which I bought the ID4 for. Prior VW service claims this is user error and cannot reproduce. On 2-24-25, I was able to show service manager and tech the consistent problem. Tech used 3 differing iPhones and 3 differing cables without any resolution to why this happens in all phones and cables. Waiting for VW Corporate to approve new Infotainment replacement.
