The ABS Light, steering light, FCW, LDW, and brake light came on. I did not experience anything indicating an issue with the car before this happened. I took my car to Open Road Honda in Edison, NJ. The dealer performed a diagnostic test which showed the module(solenoid) had fried. This resulted in the ‘VSA’ System warning lights to appear (ABS Light, steering light, FCW, LDW, and brake warning lights to show). The car is pretty much undriveable without getting this repaired. Because the VSA Solenoids are built inside the ABS Modulator, they can not be replaced separately. The cost to repair this, $3800 with an initial Diagnostic fee was $250. There are multiple complaints I found in YouTube, Reddit, and other blogs stating the same issue even for cars under 100k miles. If possible, please issue a recall on this part since this impacts all Honda Accords from 2013-2017.
