When using the Honda link app, sometimes the app experiences issues and the signal is never sent to the vehicle. If the keys are lost, this would create a safety issue in case of an emergency when access to the vehicle is needed. This issue has not been confirmed by the dealership and I have not contacted the manufacturer. The app in general ds not update and or fails to display the vehicle information at times.
