While driving on a highway on two occasions my truck suddenly displayed low fuel pressure. I lost complete engine power. First occasion ford said was fuel control module. Second occurrence same thing was on interstate 78 low fuel pressure signal and engine stopped working. Been in touch with fullerton ford in somerville where vehicle was subsequently towed to. Representative stated it is the low pressure fuel pump that is causing the intermittently loss of pressure. Almost got killed on the highway trying to get over to the shoulder with the sudden loss of engine power due to loss of fuel pressure. Vehicle still at dealer unknown if part has been replaced.
