Issues where the breaks are ineffective. Usually at slower speeds going over brick road, uneven surface. Told hyundai about first incident when they did oil change on December 27th (at which time it had occurred twice) and they stated no issues with breaks. Has happened now more often (averaging one time a month or more). Took my vehicle in again on May 20th, 2025, they said they couldn’t replicate the issue so I went back to the dealership on May 21st, 2025 and did a ride with a tech where we got the issue to trigger multiple times. Dealership had not provided an update until a few minutes ago. They stated they called their tech service line and that ‘they could not advise them on a repair’ — service manager said that’s the first time he’s heard that and the car is with his manager and who will be trying to call their local area rep. Said if they cannot advise on a repair, it may not be an approved under warranty repair.
