Was driving down highway 280 north last night (April 12, 2025) near Palo Alto and both screens went black. Safety issues: 1) I was not able to gauge what speed I was going since both the instrument cluster and the center screen were blank. 2) The maps and navigation informing me of my trip were no longer available. 3) I could not hear any indication that the left / right turn signals were active when I attempted to turn after the screens went blank. There were no warnings, lamps, symptoms prior to the issue. Regarding the car multiple times did not result in the screen coming back. The screens did come back after leaving the cars turned off for 2 1/2 hours. On Friday morning I did update the Honda Prologue to the latest manufacture’s software version using the car’s built in software update feature.
