Kia released safety recall letters on 4/4/25 (SC336). I requested the recall service from my local dealership immediately and was scheduled for 5/19/25, then called back to inform me that Kia has paused the recall without any estimate of when it can be remedied. I called Kia customer care and was told not to drive the vehicle if I was concerned, with no guarantee to cover a rental car if I needed it, and that my solution was to either be without a vehicle or continue to drive it with the risk of
