The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the contact noticed a loud knocking sound coming from the vehicle and the vehicle jerked abnormally. The accelerator pedal was depressed; however, the vehicle failed to accelerate as intended. There was no warning light illuminated. Additionally, the contact stated that the gear shifter failed to operate as intended and the vehicle failed to shift into reverse. The vehicle was driven to the residence. The vehicle was scheduled to be towed to the dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or the dealer.
