Transmission slippage when shifting from reverse to drive that causes a 2-3 second delay before transmission engages. Service manager at Cannons (CDJR) in Greenwood, MS advised that the cause of the slippage was due to fluid friction and that Dodge was aware of the issue, but hadn’t issued a recall notice because they (Dodge) didn’t know what was causing the problem with the transmission. The service manager advised me to just continue driving the car until further notice.
