The recall was for the PCM, which is the powertrain control module. Dodge reprogrammed it, but now my mechanic is telling me it actually needs to be replaced’and Im being charged for that. I dont believe the recall resolved the core issue, and Im concerned the repair wasnt thorough enough. Id like to request that my case be escalated or reviewed for possible goodwill assistance or reimbursement. I have the VIN and documentation if you need it.
