The contact owns a 2024 Forest River East to West Tandara. The contact stated that while attempting to release the slides to extend the rooms of the RV, the slides intermittently failed to expand. Additionally, the contact stated that the refrigerator was programmed to turn on and refrigerate the food while the RV was running; however, the refrigerator failed to properly operate. The contact stated that the microwave, hot water heater, and heater also failed to activate intermittently. The contact stated that the electrical failures were all located on the driver’s side of the RV. The dealer stated that the wiring was installed incorrectly. The RV was re-wired; however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 1,000.
