I have been trying to get our car repaired for a year now. As of Nov 2024, I was told by 2) ford dealers they expected the parts soon. We have taken the car to these dealers, had pictures taken, and the issue confirmed. Getting it repaired is a whole different matter and we keep getting brushed off, being told
