The contact owns a 2025 Ford Explorer. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the contact heard an abnormal rattling sound coming from underneath the vehicle. A dealer was contacted. The vehicle was then taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that the front struts needed to be replaced.
