The contact owns a 2015 Ford Explorer. The contact stated while driving approximately 65 MPH, the front passengers side A-pillar trim detached. The contact pulled over to the shoulder of the road and became aware that the front drivers side A-pillar trim was loose. Upon further investigation, the contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V031000 (Structure); however, the VIN was not included. The local dealer was contacted, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 98,000.
