there is a problem with the transmission in this truck. it slips out of gear randomly and you lose all power and the RPMs spike.it also slams into gear and sometimes wont shift at all. Apparently, Ford is aware of this problem but refuses to correct it. This is incredibly dangerous especially in traffic or merging. I was almost rearended several times. I’ve had this truck since it was new and I’ve never towed or hauled heavy stuff in it.I should not need a new transmission with barely 70 thousand miles on it.
