A significant knocking sound can be heard from my truck during cold start and when at idle and remains an issue that Ford did not address as part of their Customer Satisfaction Program 21N03 issued on March 21, 2021. That specific CSP specifically excluded my model (Ford F-150 Raptor) from the program; however, my vehicle exhibits the exact same cam phaser issues and has already been identified by my local Ford dealership as the root cause. I am submitting this request that the NHTSA will require/force Ford to honor their product and fully cover the cost of needed repairs no different than what they did as part of the CSP 21N03.
