My vehicle started rough with rattling and knocking one morning. I contacted my dealer and made an appointment. I received an appointment for about a week out and did not operate the vehicle until that day. Upon bringing the vehicle to the GMC maintenance shop, the vehicleâs engine ceased and had to be towed the remainder of the trip.
