I was waiting in a parking lot to pick up the kids from school. In park, the truck loses power and almost completely shuts down. When it Reva back up there was a horrible hammering noise. I turn the truck off. Then I called the dealership and told them. I cranked it and recorded it for them and then shut it off. Then the tow truck couldnt tow and it took two hours to get it loaded because of the features locking things down. It has been 29 days before the finally told me it needs a whole new engine. They still will not tell me why though.
