The engine started making a rattling sound. Brought it to the dealer and they told me the engine is bad and it needs a new one. They told me this issue with lifters and the fuel management system is a common problem leading to internal metal components breaking. My car has been with the dealer since 12/30/24 and I was told this week from the dealer the problem is so big there arent any engines available and they have no idea when Im getting it back. When I initially dropped it off, they said approximately a month. Now they are saying they dont have a clue.
