I am experiencing problems with the rear-facing installation using latch. I cannot get it tight enough. I met with a Certified Passenger Child Safety Technician who said installation with the latch system alone is not safe. The seatbelt must be routed through to get a tight and safe installation. When the seatbelt is routed through, I cannot use the rotating feature that is advertised for this car seat. I am concerned it is being used unsafely by many other families. I would like this car seat to be investigated and potentially recalled. The CPCST felt that it should be recalled.
