In November 2024 I received the recall notice for our 2024 Honda CR-V power steering, Honda Campaign number QJT. I called our dealership on December 2, 2024 and was told they were not scheduling the repairs at the time and they took my information and said I would be contacted by them when scheduling takes place. I waited and didn’t hear back. Today, January 8, 2025 I called to inquire. I was told they are scheduling the repairs in November 2025! Way past the sixty days from the date of first contact. My complaint is that this recall is not being made a priority from Penske Honda, Indianapolis Indiana. Any safety recall should be repaired in a timely fashion.
