Honda of America has released a warranty extension for ‘MIL comes on with DTC P0420/P0430, P030X, and/or P219A/B’. My vehicle fits under the mentioned engine codes however, is deemed ineligible for the extended warranty. This issue with the faulty fuel injectors is a known issue that Honda has agreed to fix but is not willing to fix certain vehicles under the same warranty extension. This is a damaging part to the engine if left undealt with.
