Well known fault is the door opening buttons stay pushed in. Ineos dealer solution is either to dust them graphite dust (which ds provide temp relief) or strike the outer door body with fist to free the door (which ds relieve the acute condition. Recently while driving with a passenger in the front of the car while making a left curve at normal speed the passenger door flew open. My passenger was strapped in by seat belt but was leaning on the door arm at the time and was left unsupported to her right and fell towards the road. Only stopped from falling out by the belt. There was no visible or audible warning that the door was not securely locked but the button was stuck in so the door would not latch. I believe that Ineos have a fix and should be made to install on all vehicles. three out four doors are effected by this problem.
