The contact owns a 2016 Land Rover Range Rover. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the accelerator pedal was depressed; however, the vehicle failed to accelerate as intended. The contact noticed a thumping sound coming from underneath the vehicle on the front driver’s side. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed with a faulty suspension. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact was advised to take the vehicle to the dealer.
