vehicle has 2900 miles, it has a noticeable hum/whining sound coming from rear end area. sound is very pronounced at 46-50 mph under throttle. Issue has been addressed with a local dealership. They found metal shavings in the rear end assembly. Their assessment is such that the rear differential has prematurely failed.
