I am deeply concerned and appalled about the safety issue with the 2017 Toyota Camry, which rolled back while it was parked in the driveway of my parents house, and resulted in my mothers foot being crushed. She is currently hospitalized and has been dealing with complications and damages related to this injury. At the time of incident, my father called 911 and paramedics arrived to the scene, and took my mom to the emergency room. I do not have a police report. This dangerous malfunction, which caused the vehicle to move despite being in a parked position, poses serious risks to driver and passenger safety. It is unacceptable that a vehicle of this nature could fail to securely hold its position, leading to injury. We are seeking a thorough investigation into this issue to prevent further harm to others. The vehicle is available for inspection upon your request.
