Brake Booster and Master Cylinder failed. Traction Control and ABS lights came on while driving. Upon inspection there is an issue with the brake booster and master cylinder. This is an issue that Toyota is aware of and were repairing under a customer service campaign. They are aware that these parts malfunction and instead of recalling them, they set expiration dates for free replacement. The car must be experiencing an issue and throw the correct code within the campaign window to be eligible for complimentary repair. The brakes failing in this way could cause great harm to me as a driver and others on the road making it imperative that I pay thousands in repair cause to ensure everyone’s safety, though that is toyota’s job.
