JLR has not reached out to me on the next steps and I’m driving around with a vehicle with a known risk including thermal overload. JLR shouldn’t have an indefinite timeline to execute the final remedy, reacquire of vehicle. I submitted a reacquire request to JLR customer service in Nov. 2024, but have yet to hear back from JLR after 3 months.
