I was informed over three months ago of the battery problem with a chance of fires. Ive been calling JLR, and keep getting told the same thing: that they are in the process of reaching out to customers to buy back the vehicles since they cant fix the problem, and someone should be in touch in about 2 weeks. Nobody has contacted me via either phone or email. My last calls to them were on 1/31 and 2/15. Same response. Given this is a serious condition, how can they wait for 3 months?? I would like to get to resolution soon so that there are no safety issues that I have to constantly worry about.
