This is the 2nd failure of the thermostat. We had the car towed to the same Chrysler dealer that fixed the first incident. We have an extended warranty that covered the first failure. This second failure is not covered due to the failed part is a mopar part and Chrysler is going to pay for everything, trouble is they have had my wifes car for two weeks already and the part isnt coming in until February 17, I am a 34 year retired Chrysler employee. The dealer dsnt offer rentals, and my extended warranty people offer rentals at $35 a day and only one week. Nowhere rents cars at that price. We have no choice but to wait on that part, but I am wondering how many chrysler products have had this problem, should be investigated for recall.
