I was instructed to not charge my vehicle beyond 80% due to fire risk. I have elected the buyback from Jaguar Land Rover as my remedy of choice and have delivered the vehicle to the nearest dealer on February 17, as I was instructed to do so ‘anytime after February 13’ as the agreement was made January 13 and payment would take 30 days to process. 43 days have now elapsed since the agreement and JLR NA have had possession of the vehicle for 8 days without payment. Now the JLR NA rep dsn’t take my calls or return my emails.
